This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Pro Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of the Eyesee smart glasses and the Bella voice-assistant subscription, collects, uses, and protects your information. Questions: noamva@gmail.com.

Who we are

We provide assistive smart-glasses software for low-vision users, including the Bella voice assistant, sold on a subscription basis. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase.

Information we collect

Account and contact details you provide (name, email, phone, and a mailing address where needed for delivery or support); device information (a unique identifier for the glasses-controller phone, its model, and the app version); subscription and billing status (plan tier, billing cycle, whether active — card details are processed by Paddle, not stored by us); and support communications.

How we use it

To activate, manage, renew, and cancel your subscription and deliver your tier's features; to provide support; to prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Bella voice feature

When you use Bella's voice features, audio (and, only when you ask "what do I see", a still image from the glasses camera) is sent to our voice-processing provider to generate a response, only while you are using the feature.

Sharing

Only with service providers that help run the service under confidentiality terms (Paddle for payments, our cloud/database provider, our voice-processing provider), or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active and as required for legal/tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
