Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to the Bella voice-assistant service for Eyesee smart glasses, sold by Agile Pro Solutions through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

Subscriptions and billing

The Bella service is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually (annual plans are discounted). It renews automatically at the end of each period using your payment method on file, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account page. Auto-renewal is turned off, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and at the end of that period the service stops and the device returns to the free tier.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, time not used, or cancellation, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it over the following days; if it still fails, the subscription ends and the device returns to the free tier.

Free trial

If a trial is offered, you are not charged during it; if you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.
