These Terms govern your use of the Bella voice-assistant subscription and the Eyesee smart-glasses software provided by Agile Pro Solutions ("we", "us"). By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Bella is a voice assistant built into Eyesee smart glasses for low-vision users. Features are grouped into tiers (free voice commands, plus paid tiers for Hebrew voice commands, scene description, and full conversation); the features available depend on your subscription tier.
Subscriptions, billing, and Merchant of Record
Subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which is the seller of record and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown at checkout in your local currency. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully; do not misuse, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing. The license is tied to your device and is for your own use.
Connectivity and data
Paid features require internet (your Wi-Fi or an optional eSIM data add-on). Bella voice features send audio, and on request a still image from the glasses camera, to our voice-processing provider; see the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Bella is an assistive tool, may make mistakes, and is not a substitute for your own judgement, especially regarding safety and navigation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Florida, United States.
